You need an account to create quizzes. Keep your login details safe and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.

You're responsible for what happens under your account and for the people you add to your brand.

You own the quizzes, images and other content you add. You give us permission to store and show it so DigiQuiz can work, for example to show your quiz to players.

Only add content you have the right to use. Don't add anything illegal, harmful, hateful or misleading.

If you collect details from players, such as names, emails or phone numbers, you're responsible for having their permission and for using those details lawfully.

Don't misuse DigiQuiz. That includes trying to break or overload it, getting around plan limits, guessing other people's codes, or using it to send spam.

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

New accounts start with a free trial. After that, a paid plan is needed to keep creating and hosting. Prices are shown on our pricing page and charged in naira through Paystack.

Plans renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from Settings, and your plan keeps working until the end of the period you paid for.

All payments are final. We don't offer refunds or credits for partly used periods, unused features or plan downgrades, unless the law requires it.

We keep improving DigiQuiz, so features may change. We work to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or free of errors.

If we make important changes to these terms, we'll update the date above and let you know in the app or by email.

DigiQuiz is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
